How to Prepare Chemistry for Success in NEET Exam 2018
NEET is the most prestigious and toughest medical entrance examination in the country. Only a little more than 50, 000 students are selected by this examination for admission to Medical colleges in MBBS or BDS courses. It is obligatory for all the medical college whether it is private or government, to fill their college seats by the score of NEET examination only. There are only 53,330 seats in Medical Colleges. Except for AIIMS and JIPMER, all the colleges have to consider NEET Score for MBBS Examination. Only meritorious and deserving candidates will get the seat.
Chemistry has special significance
Though all three subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Biology- are equally important for NEET aspirants, Chemistry has special importance because of its being the most scoring. All medical aspirants pay special attention towards this subject to score high so that they could not only get through the examination but their ranking goes up. Chemistry is divided into three parts- Physical, Organic and Inorganic- all these must be paid equal attention but organic being the most scoring, it must be studied deeply and seriously.
Pay equal attention
One thing also must be kept in mind that one subject must be not be ignored at the cost of another. Each one plays important role in the success of students. The medical aspirants must know that NEET syllabus is prepared after reviewing various states curriculum. It is done under the supervision of Council Board of School Education, Central Board of School Education and National Council of Education Research and Training. So, it is advisable for them not to confine themselves to the limit of NCERT books or syllabus. The inferences must be drawn from this that there is a need of wide knowledge of the subject to qualify the examination like NEET. So, students must go through the recognized and authoritative text books on the subject of the syllabus.
NEET demands through knowledge
Knowledge about any topic in Chemistry, Physics or Biology must be deep and perfect. To achieve perfection in the subject, the students are required to do regular and constant practice. They must make a plan of study and according to it they also prepare a routine. A determined effort should be made to pursue their preparation according to the planning.
The number of students to appear at NEET 2018 is expected to be over a million. All will compete for a few thousands of seats. It is because of this that NEET is the most important and the toughest examination.
Well-thought-out-plan
Medical students must make a well-planned strategy to prepare for the success of the examination. They also fix the priority which chapter should be given more time and attention. Both long and short-term strategy should be there in place. There should be success- centric strategy. Medical aspirants must not do anything in their preparation on an experimental basis at the time of examination. The tested must not be put to test again and again.
Fixed Target:
Medical aspirants must fix a target of study on a day in their mind. Their eyes must be set on the target like Arjun in the Mahabharata to get success in NEET. They must stick to it at all costs. The time period also should be set and they have to finish the chapter within the deadline. Only then they can get through the test.
Make Notes
Writing makes a man perfect. So, unless and until the medical aspirants write the chemical formulae which they have already learned on the copy at the time of preparation, they cannot be sure about them in the examination. So, it is utmost necessary for them to make notes of all the important chapters which they have already studied thoroughly and deeply. They are very useful for them while making last-minute revision of the subject before the examination.
Wishing all NEET aspirants the best of luck!

How to Prepare Physics for Cracking NEET 2018
![]() |
| Neet Exam 2018 |
Physics is considered to be the toughest subject in NEET syllabus. But it is also the marks fetching subject. So, it is advisable for Medical aspirants to pay serious attention towards the preparation of Physics to get success in NEET with high ranks.
As Physics comprises some Mathematical problems, medical students find them to be tough. As far as the issue of tough and easy in regard to a subject is concerned, it is nothing but the thinking. It is the product of the mind and nothing else. The question is how you approach the subject. If you study it with the notion that it is tough, you would feel so. And if this thinking continued to dominate your approach towards studying the particular subject, you leave it.
Physics is as much essential for NEET aspirants as Biology and Chemistry. As far as scoring marks are considered, it is undoubtedly the best among the three. The students only require developing an interest in their minds for the subject.
It is also a fact that until and unless the concept in Physics is clearly understood by the students, it is futile for them to study it. And without developing an interest in it, it will not be studied seriously and thereby high marks cannot be scored. It is not only important to qualify the medical entrance examination but also score high marks to be up in rank.
The high rank holder students can take admission to reputed medical colleges to become good doctors while low rank holders are admitted to middle standard colleges. So, as Physics is the marks fetching subject, the NEET aspirants must prepare the subject very seriously. Without dedication, devotion, and determination to get success, students cannot qualify NEET.
Though all three Physics, Chemistry and Biology carry equal marks, Physics fetches more marks than the rest two. So if NEET aspirants make proper planning, sincere effort and continued practice of the subject Physics, they can not only score high marks but also ranks in the merit list. So, Physics must not be belittled by NEET aspirants. If they are determined to succeed and go up in rank, they must prepare Physics seriously, attentively and sincerely.

A number of students consider Physics to be very tough because of the variety of theories and mathematical problems. The subject is not only about learning formulas and derivatives but also practicing. NEET aspirants need to understand as to how to correctly apply them to a question or equation. So, make sure to have a strong command over theoretical concepts and its derivations.

Study Tips for Success in NEET 2018
1. Be
positive, perfect and resolute to get success in medical entrance tests
All students
of 10+2 standard are vying for admissions to medical colleges in MBBS or BDS
courses. NEET being the most prestigious medical entrance examination, it is
the first choice of aspirants to appear at this test.
Medical entrance tests are very tough. They cannot be taken casually and
carelessly. These entrance examinations demand seriousness, sincerity,
punctuality, perfection and hard labour on the part of the students. They are
to be active, agile, alert and alive while making preparations for the entrance
examinations.
2. Memorize
with clear Conception and Understanding of NEET Syllabus
Memorizing
everything cannot serve the purpose as these examinations are objective types,
which require thorough study and clear concept of the subject. The important
thing is that how clearly and thoroughly the students of entrance examinations
understand the syllabus for NEET 2018 and the subject. NEET aspirants must also
be mentally tough, morally high and temperamentally positive to get success in
entrance examinations.
3. NEET
demands hard labour
It is open
to all that there is no substitute for hard labour, but at the same it is
equally important that how it is put to use. It has been experienced that
studying for long time in a stretch daily has not yielded good result. Long
hours of study in a stretch make it boring, uninteresting, dull and drab. So,
while preparing for the medical entrance examinations, students must take break
after one and half hours of study to take stock of their understanding of the
topics on Physics, Chemistry and Biology which they have just read. This will
have lingering impacton the minds of the students about the subject. They are
required to keep repeating this habit. If they do it, they are bound to get
success in the competitive examinations for admissions to medical examinations.
4. Deep
understanding of the Exam Pattern
As far as
memorizing the subject by the students is concerned, it is good as long as they
retain the memory, but there is always possibility of forgetting it also. So,
it is required on the part of the students that whatever they have read and got
by heart, they must also understand its concept, pattern and trend clearly and deeply.
Only then, they will be able to give correct answers to the questions that are
generally asked in the medical entrance examinations. The questions asked in
these examinations are not only tough and difficult but also tricky and smart.
The questions of these examinations are set not only to test how deep knowledge
the students have of the subject but also their mental make-up, temperament,
action, attitude and approach.
5. Continuity
and consistency
Continuity
and consistency are the two main attributes of the students, which matter most
in their success in any examinations. Irregular and casual approach is bound to
lead to failure. So, students while preparing for any type of examinations must
maintain their continuity and consistency in their study to get success.
There is no easy way for success. The way of success is to be paved by the
students with their hard labour, intelligence and intellect. I am quoting here
Napoleon Bonaparte, who said,” Impossible is a word to be found only in the
dictionary of fools”. It is right that nothing is impossible if sincere and continued
effort is made to achieve the goal by the students in their fields of study.
Napoleon was aveteran warrior. He said that it was not impossible for him to
win any war. So, he said like this. If NEET aspirants start preparations for
the competitive examinations with positive approach and intention to get
success in them, they are bound to be successful.
