After knowing about the pattern of exam, the next step is how to prepare for JIPMER, which is tough and demands clear conception about the subject on the part of the aspirants. Mugging up the topics will not be of much help in cracking the exam.
The following tips suggested by the experts have been very fruitful for the medical aspirants, especially JIPMER. These are as follows:
1. Clear Conceptions: The medical aspirants who prepare for JIPMER must try their best to understand the topics they have studied very clearly. There should be no confusion about the conception of the subject. They are required to practice the question papers of JIPMER exams held previous years. By practicing regularly, they will understand the nature of the questions generally asked in the examination.

2. Practice matters most: It is a well-accepted fact that more you do practice, the better you understand the subject. As far as practice is concerned, reading time and again one thing makes a permanent place in the mind as it is seen in the villages at the wells that the villagers draw water in a small bucket by binding it to the rope and after that this is dropped in the well time and again because of which a permanent line is drawn on its surrounding which is made up of concrete. So, the regular practice can do a miracle.

Always be concise and compact: While making preparation for JIPMER, it must be compact and concise. Make the notes from NCERT books on all important topics.   Making short and compact notes will do the job. They can write some important formulas and information on these notes and carry with them anywhere.  JIPMER has also released an official mock which the candidate can take. It lets the candidate have an idea of the level of difficulty of the questions.

 3. Self-Appraisal: Self-appraisal is a must for candidates appearing at any examination. After thorough preparation, it is necessary to know how much they have understood. If the same question paper is given in the examination hall, how much they would score. It also boosts up confidence. Always be confident to face the challenge.

4. Be Positive and Hopeful: After hard preparation for JIPMER, the aspirants must always be positive about the outcome. Never allow negativity to dominate your thought. With the positive frame of mind, JIPMER aspirants are bound to do well in the examination.

Dos and Don'ts to Crack NEET Exam 2018
Barely two days are left to go to the NEET Examination 2018. It is natural for the aspirants to be stressed how to do well at it. So, it is necessary for them to know in advance what to do and what not to do before the examination. We are describing Dos and Don'ts here point by point for the benefit of the students.

Dos
Trust Yourself:
It is necessary for the NEET aspirants to have complete trust in them. They must always be positive that they have put in hard labour into their preparation so they must do well at the examination. They never underestimate their talent, intelligence and power of understanding. They must keep always in their mind a maxim attributed to Oliver Cromwell - "Trust in God and keep your powder dry!" They must enter the examination hall with the belief that they have studied thoroughly, sincerely and seriously so the success will certainly come to them.

Follow 6R’s Strategy:
6R’s strategy stands for Reading, Remember, Revision, Reassessment, Review, and Result. This is the most suitable way to crack NEET 2018.

Making a diary of important formula and concept helps the candidates in their last minute revision. It increases the understanding of the subject.

Keep the Basics Balanced:
It is necessary for the candidates to pay equal attention to all the subjects of the NEET syllabus in the beginning itself. As all subjects carry equal marks, so it is required to keep the basics of study balanced.

Don't Adopt Short Cut Route:

As there is no short cut way to success, you are advised not to adopt any short cut method of study. Short cut method shortens your vision and horizon of understanding. So never go through shortcut route.

CBSE NEET 2018 Negative Marking & Risk, How To Get Good Marks

How to cut Negative Marking in the NEET Exam 2018
NEET is the most important medical entrance examination. Lakhs of students across the country appear at this examination and only a few thousands are selected. This makes the exam very difficult and tough. In the competitive examination like NEET, fraction of marks matters in the success and failure of students. So, it is necessary for them to know in advance about this examination and marking pattern.
Undoubtedly, there is a cut throat competition among the students in NEET examination. Negative marking is also there. There’s negative marking, where there’s a deduction of 1 mark for every wrong answer. All aspirants appearing for NEET exam cannot ignore negative marking, as it can make a difference between a good and average rank. So, NEET aspirants must follow the following tips to avoid negative marking.

   Read all Questions Seriously:
The NEET aspirants are advised to go through the question paper thoroughly and seriously in the first place. Some questions are tricky. It is necessary to understand them clearly before making any attempt. Haste makes waste. So, you are not to be hasty. You must do speedily, but not hastily because it will lead you to commit mistake. And making wrong answers mean destroying your prospect of selection. So, you must read the questions deeply before giving answers.

Don't be Over Excited:
NEET aspirants should be confident, but must not be overconfident. Overconfidence about the answer of the question may lead sometime to mistake and that results in the negative marking. It has also been experienced that some students get overexcited just after having the first glance at the question paper and make silly mistake. Overconfidence results in committing mistake. The answer of the question would be known to the candidates as they have already studied if they had kept themselves cool, calm and composed in the examination hall.

  Leave Aside the Doubtful Questions:
NEET aspirants are advised to leave the doubtful questions behind and move ahead and attempt only those questions the answers of which they are pretty sure. There may be mistake in solving doubtful questions and every mistake will result in negative marking. So, to decrease the negative marking attempt only those question about which you are sure.

4   Stop Worrying:
First of all, students start worrying the moment the question paper is given to them. The result is that they forget even the answers of those questions which they had studied during the preparation time. So stop worrying and start thinking with confidence how to solve the questions. Never allow negativity to overpower you.

Don't Give Wrong Answer at the Last Moment:
Generally, it has been experienced that most of the NEET aspirants give wrong answers at the last moment with the intention of filling up the answer sheet and in the hope that if they proved to be right, they would get marks. But this way never happens. Giving answer on the basis of imagination and expectation mostly proves to be wrong. So, never answer at the last moment only to fill the answer sheet.

 Go Through NEET Guidelines:
It is necessary for the NEET aspirants to go through the instructions before attempting the questions. They are also required to keep their answer sheet neat and clean. They must not do overlapping while answering the questions. Never choose two answers in the OMR sheet as that question will be invalid and lead to negative marking.
