Physics, Chemistry and Biology Topics in NEET Syllabus 2018 and Subject-Wise Weightage

Preparation for NEET 2018 requires constant, regular and thorough study. Medical education in India may be not in a good shape but its craze among students is getting more and more day by day. It is tough, difficult and challenging, but they accept them and go for success. To get success in medical entrance examination at national or state level, students are required to work hard with the application of the highest order of intelligence.

We are giving the entire National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 syllabus and subject-wise weightage for the benefit of students, who are aspiring to appear at the top medical entrance examination 2018. As it is the most prestigious examination in the country, aspirants must take it seriously, sincerely and thorough.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) prepares the question paper of NEET 2018 and conducts it across the country. Question paper prepared by CBSE is based on NEET 2018 syllabus. It has announced that NEET 2018 syllabus will remain same as that of the previous year. The syllabus is available on the CBSE website.

NEET syllabus has been prepared in accordance with the recommendation of Medical Council of India (MCI) to bring uniformity in medical education across the country. It gives its approval after reviewing the syllabus prepared by different states, CBSE, NCERT, and COBSE so that there must be uniformity in medical education across the country.   MCI prepares the syllabus of NEET 2018 in such a manner as to ensure uniformity in medical education and recommends the same for admissions through NEET to about 90,000 MBBS/BDS seats in India. The NEET Syllabus 2018 will be based on topics taught in the PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) Science Stream in Classes 11 and 12.

NEET 2018 will be conducted on May 6, 2018, from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM. NEET 2018 will be held in an offline mode as a pen and paper exam. The duration of the exam will be of 3 hours with Objective MCQ questions derived from the NEET syllabus 2018.
